It's a composite bursting disc composed of a metal diaphragm and a sealing film with a slit on the plane. Burst pressure is controlled by the weakened structure of the slits and holes in the plane of the metal diaphragm. Property

1 )The maximum operating pressure is up to 80% of the bursting pressure; the product is not applicable to environments with fluctuating pressure, which leads to metal fatigue;

2)The product leaves a small amount of debris after bursting, and can not be used in tandem with a safety valve.

When TEF or a similar material is used for sealing, the working temperature of the product may be restricted by that of the seal membrane material.

3)Based on the specific process needs of a system, auxiliary devices such as a vacuum bracket or a stiffening ring can be added to obtain LPZ, LPH, or LPHZ models.
