Product Description
String wound filter cartridges are manufactured from a variety of carefully selected raw materials. For example,polypropylene yarn,cotton yarn,glass fiber yarn and etc. After carding & spinning into roving they are wound into cartridges with carefully controlled micron rating,to removal of particulates from liquid. Customer can choose different material depends on different filt requirements.
Filter Media:
Polypropylene with polypropylene core
Cotton with with stainless core(304/316SS)
Glass Fiber with stainless core (304/316SS)

1. Removal rating: 1um, 5um, 10um, 20um, 30um, 50um, 75um, 100um
2. Polypropylene materical for non-organic solvent, maximum recommended operating temperature ≤ 60 °C
3. Bleached cotton material filter cartridge with stainless core apply to organic solvent, water, oil, alkalinity solvent, beverage, maximum recommended operating temperature:120 °C
4. High dirt holding capacity for depth filtration, protection of absolute filters
5. Cut Ends, 226, 222 End caps and so on are available
6. Manufacturing process within the tight loose outside, confers good pre-filter effect.
7. Wide range of chemical compatibility, suitable for PH and organic solvent filtration
