Sintered metal wire mesh filter element is the application of sintered metal wire mesh and sintered fiber felt.it is produced by cutting and welding procedure.

The filter is made of stainless steel fiber sintered mat and stainless steel braid.
Stainless steel fiber sintered felt filter is a porous depth filter made of stainless steel fibers sintered at high temperature. Corrugated filter made of its high porosity, filter area, dirt holding capacity, reusability and so on.
Stainless steel braid is made of stainless steel wire braided, its corrugated filter with good strength, easy to fall off, easy to clean, high temperature, the use of economy and so on.

The main material of stainless steel folding filter is made of 304, 304L, 316, 316L stainless steel fiber sintered felt and stainless steel woven mesh. The stainless steel fiber sintered felt is a porous depth filter made of stainless steel fiber sintered at high temperature.
Material; stainless steel woven mesh is made of stainless steel wire. The sealing faces of the filter core are joined by argon arc welding process.
